System Of a Down pode não voltar mais à ativa, segundo guitarrista Mesmo tendo negado o fim do grupo, o System Of a Down está com sua continuidade ameaçada. Em julho do ano passado, o baixista Shavo Odadjian garantiu que a banda não tinha acabado, e que eles estavam apenas tirando férias. Entretanto, agora o guitarrista Daron Malakian, afastou a possibilidade de retorno do grupo. "Não falamos do System, não falamos em fazer nada com o System. Se acontecer será daqui a muito tempo", afirmou Daron ao site Gigwise. Enquanto isso, o guitarrista e o baterista John Dolmayan trabalham juntos em um novo projeto, o Scars on Broadway.
